What I WantJan 16, 2018
I love my family, the one my wife and I are growing and the one how grow me up. I love my friends, even if I don't show it to them. I want a healthier life for my and the people I care about. I want to live in a quiet place, without noise and stress.
I want or love many things but that things aren't things at all, and I'm sure that there are some meaning in this.
Is not because of money, I'm not wealthy but I don't more than I earn. This is a probe of I'm learning that getting stuff is not my driving force, don't makes me happy. What it is really important lives inside us, so if you close your eyes and listen to your mind you will realize that happiness is an state of mind that does not rely on any factor from the outside.
If you really want to know what you love or like you need to know what you dislike or you don't need and, maybe it is the easier way to start.
So take a piece of paper and a pencil and write down the ten things that contribute the most to keep you from happyness.
Then go step by step and write how can you get rid of every one. Maybe it is a matter of making small changes, maybe you have to make a difficult choice.
I am still writing the list. There are some changes I want to do but I'm not in a hurry. I'd like to take my time to do it carefully. It's something important so I will take all the time it deserves.
After the list I need to think about the changes. Another important task. So it's meditation time.
